Full Service Renovation and New Builds

We get to know you so that we know your desires and tastes, as well as how you intend to use a space. With that in mind, we become the liaison between you the homeowner and the contractors. We speak the language of their industry, which allows us to guide the implementation of the design plan, advocate on your behalf and present solutions. When a building plan inhibits flow or is in conflict with furniture placement, we spot it. When the planned location of a window or too few electrical outlets will impact the functionality of a room, we take note.

The guesswork of the seemingly endless choices you need to make will disappear, because we’ve been there before. Aesthetics, practicality, quality and cost are at the forefront of our decisions. Redesign Interior Services

As an interior design firm, we have access to a broad range of furnishings. Oftentimes, we commission pieces crafted specifically for our clients, where we can choose from a far wider selection of fabrics, and items such as sofas and chairs can be built to the dimensions of the room and their intent. Window treatments, rugs, pillows and bedding can be custom-made as well.

These pieces take careful planning. Once we have worked with you in the selection of fabrics or other details, our team places orders, tracks all items, and arrange for delivery. We are onsite for installation and will perform a full inspection and resolve any deficiencies.

From the initial consultation to the final detail, we manage it all. We’re on top of every aspect of design: research, product selections, ordering, tracking, receiving, inspecting and installing. We collaborate with the trusted tradespeople we include in our projects. That includes painters, electricians and woodworkers, along with upholsterers, flooring installers and any other vendor who will play a role in your home’s transformation.

E-Design Package 

WHAT IS E-DESIGN?

E-Design is a per room design service for a single room that is handled with a flat fee by our in-house design team. E-Design customers have the luxury of working with their designer from anywhere because the process is conducted virtually. Our customers work with us through email, phone conversations, and virtual meetings to create their space. They are also willing to purchase products through our supplied product links and execute the installations themselves.

This package includes a professional design for one room in your home. We will provide the following:

  • Initial 30-minute design consults via a virtual meeting.

  • Two initial design concepts based on the design consult. These concepts will include paint colors, furniture, rugs, lighting, accessories, room finishes where applicable, and art/mirrors.

  • 60-minute concept presentation

  • One final revision of the project.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERABLES?

Your deliverable will include a final design board that captures the mood of your rooms and a source sheet with links to purchase each product. Our team will provide your initial solution within 20 days of your initial consult. Your final design solution will be provided within 10 days of your 60-minute concept presentation.

  • Paint color and finish schemes

  • Personal design advice for your new space.

  • An online shopping list that includes descriptions and information for specific products selected for your design.
