Tamarac Project

Plan: The vision for this project was to transform an entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse condo through a complete, down-to-the-studs renovation. Executed with comprehensive planning, architectural drawings, detailed elevations, and the necessary permits, this full-scale transformation reimagined the home from the ground up.

The renovation included new flooring throughout, a dropped ceiling to accommodate recessed lighting for a thoughtfully layered and well-lit interior, and the complete remodeling of both bathrooms to address mold concerns while optimizing functionality and layout. The walk-in closet was reconfigured to maximize storage, organization, and everyday usability. The kitchen underwent a complete transformation, opening up the space to create a more seamless, open-concept living environment without compromising valuable storage.

The result is a striking departure from the condo’s dated beginnings—a chic, sophisticated retreat that blends Scandinavian simplicity with mid-century modern character. Clean lines, intentional design, and improved functionality come together to create a contemporary home that feels brighter, more spacious, and beautifully tailored to modern living.
