Lake Park Project

Plan: This project located in Lake Park design plan included the installation of new flooring throughout the main living areas, along with a complete redesign and reconfiguration of the living room layout to improve functionality, flow, and overall aesthetics. The living room was fully refurnished with new pieces selected to complement the updated design.
The guest bathroom undergone a complete gut renovation. The primary bathroom received a partial renovation focused on remodeling the shower and removing mold. We added air and AC vents to keep the home ventilated to be free of mold in the future. Added new toilet, updated vanity and lighting fixtures, fresh paint, and other finish updates as needed to create a cohesive, refreshed look.
